Dian Hong , Often referred as black tea, his red tea produces a sweet and gentle aroma with brassy colored brew. This tea comes in different grades depending on the shape and color of the leaves. Broken Yunnan grade is those with the least amount of golden buds, and it is usually more bitter. Yunnan Gold grade has a larger amount of golden buds, usually in equal portions with the black buds. Yunnan Pure Gold is the best grade of all, containing only golden tips.

Brewing Methods:
Recommended Tea ware : Yi Xing or porcelain tea ware Recommended Water Temperature : 100°c hot water
1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water 2. Pour approximately 5g of Keemun Red Tea leaves into pot, pour hot water into pot and discard water (for cleansing and releasing flavor of the tea) 3. Pour water and steep tea leaves water for 1-1.5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
