Brewing Methods:

Recommended Tea ware : Tall Heat Proof Glass ware
Recommended Water Temperature : 70 - 80°c hot water

1. Place the ball of tea within the glass and pour hot water over it.
2. Wait until it opens up to its fullest, then pour tea into a separate cup for drinking. 3. For the second brew, pour water on the edges of the glass, never pour water directly onto the tea or it will break this delicate tea. Brew for 2-3 minutes. This tea is best brewed with small amount of jasmine or Osmanthus Long Jing Tea.
