An Hui Province, Huang Shan
Taste:
Very refreshing and has a natural sweet fragrance and taste. Try brewing it with some rock sugar or honey to bring out the sweetness of the tea.
Brewing Methods:
Recommended Tea ware : Heat Proof Glass tea pot or glass ware
Recommended Water Temperature : 95 - 100°c hot water
1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
2. Pour approximately 7-8 buds of Chrysanthemum into a pot of approximately 235 mL hot water
3. Steep tea leaves water for 2-3 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
