Jasmine (Bai Mao Hou), directly translated as the “White Hairy Monkey” due to its appearance, is another kind of Jasmine tea that we offer, it is a very aromatic yet light flavored tea.

Fujian Province, An Xi Area
Taste:
Refreshingly sweet and delicate tea with a distinct fresh Jasmine fragrance and taste. The strong flowery aroma of this tea is very soothing.
Brewing Methods:
Recommended Tea ware : Heat Proof Glass tea pot or glass
Recommended Water Temperature : 95 - 100°c hot water
1. Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
2. Pour approximately 3-5 g of Jasmine (Bai Mao Hou) tea leaves into pot, pour hot water into pot and discard water (for cleansing and releasing flavor of the tea)
3. Pour water and steep tea leaves water for 1-1.5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
