Green tea,is one of the most popular tea in the Eastern as well as the Western world. They are mostly produced in the Zhe Jiang, An Hui, Hu Nan, Hu Bei, Jiang Xi, Jiang Xu and Gui Zhou. Green tea produces a clear, greenish liquor with a touch of yellow (some of them are slightly greener depending on the types of green tea). While the buds open up to a grassy green colored leaves.

General process of making Green Tea
Green tea leaves, after being carefully hand picked, are brought to a high temperature process of either steaming or heating in a pan, in order to stop the oxidation process. Then the leaves are rolled into different forms depending on the kind of tea. The last process involves drying of the tea, usually over a wok, hand frying them in order to prevent the tea from over cooking as well as to have a better control of the appearances of the tea.

Brewing Method for Bi Luo Chun
- Tea ware : Heat proof glass pot / glass
- Water Temperature : 75 -85°c hot water
- Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
- Pour hot water into the pot, then add 3g of Bi Luo Cun tea leaves into pot.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
Brewing Method for other Green Teas
- Tea ware : Heat proof glass pot / glass
- Water Temperature : 85 -90°c hot water
- Warm tea ware by rinsing them with hot water
- Pour 3g of Long Jing or Jue Nong Xun Hao tea leaves into pot, pour hot water into pot.
- Steep for 3-5 minutes for the first brew and increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
